Meet Bailey.

Owner of Gilmer Outdoors.

Born and raised in Gilmer County, Bailey grew up exploring the same land he now works on every day. With family roots on both sides of Ellijay, he knows the terrain, the challenges, and what it takes to care for property in North Georgia.

Watching the men in his family work hard to provide shaped how he approaches life and business, built on hard work, faith, and doing things the right way. That mindset led him to start Gilmer Outdoors, creating a company that reflects his values and supports his growing family.

Today, Bailey and his wife Kali are raising their son Lawson in the same community that shaped him, spending their time outside whether it’s in the field, by the creek, or simply together at home.

At the core of everything Bailey does is one word: trust. From how he leads his team to how he serves his clients, every project is handled with honesty, care, and attention to detail.
